You must be aged 18 years or over and have completed the login procedure before goods are dispatched to you. You are entirely responsible for the safekeeping of your username and password and all orders you have previously placed. You must notify us immediately of any known unauthorised user or any other possible breach in security you suspect.
The Dulwich Spirits Company Ltd complies with all conditions of The Data Protection Act 1998.
PROTECTING YOUR SECURITY & AGE VERIFICATION
To ensure that your credit card is not being used without your consent and that you are the cardholder, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. This has to be checked as alcohol is being sold to you. Any personal information which may be provided by you could be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information but be assured that this is done only to confirm your identity and that no credit check is being made about you. Your credit rating will not be affected in any way. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
You undertake and are responsible to ensure that all deliveries are taken by person/s aged 18 or over. A gift to a third party is only acceptable if that person is 18 or over.
Deliveries are made during the hours 08.00 to 20:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. Telephone numbers must be given for the recipient goods. Goods are not able to be returned after the signing of a delivery other than those which are faulty or damaged. Upon proof of faulty goods, these will receive a full refund or a replacement, which will be re-dispatched free of charge.
Where specific courier instructions are given e.g. leave in porch, round the back etc, you are entirely responsible for goods being received where our couriers have a POD (proof of delivery), and/or inform us that the goods were 'left as instructed'. You must ensure that any specific courier instructions given are correct, that the information provided ensures a safe and accurate delivery. Any goods which go 'missing' after the delivery is made will not be refunded.
USA AND REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERIES
We are unable to dispatch spirits to these destinations.
You may cancel your order even after delivery has been made, as long as it is within 7 days of the delivery. All refunds will be issued within a maximum of 30 days from cancellation of the order or within 2 working days of the goods being received back to our distillery, whichever is the sooner. Where a refund has been issued if the goods are not returned within 7 days, then the cost of the goods will become due and recoverable. You are responsible for the collection costs and safe return of the cancelled goods to our head office.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If a breakage occurs before delivery, we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the broken item. Breakages must be notified by email and phone within three working days. The broken goods are to be returned within a further 7 days from notification.
Our couriers will make one attempt to deliver your package and if the consignee is not at home to receive it, they will try immediate neighbours. After that, the consignee will need to make further arrangements with the courier to attempt a second delivery or receive further instructions such as leave in the greenhouse etc. As a last resort the package will be held at the courier’s local depot for collection by the consignee up to 5 days after the failed delivery. Failure to collect will incur an additional charge equal to the original charge.
If the goods ordered are returned because the couriers have failed to deliver despite all attempts including contacting the telephone number given for the recipient and other instructions, we will re-dispatch on your instruction to do so. You may alternatively request a full credit for the undelivered item.
Any agreed refunds will be made within 30 days from agreement.
The Dulwich Spirits Company Ltd undertakes to give you the best possible purchasing experience on our Fatty’s Organic Spirits website, however, we cannot accept responsibility for any problems whilst shopping online for 3rd party problems arising through internet functionality or from the 3rd party merchant payment system. The Dulwich Spirits Company Ltd will not be liable to any financial claims as a result of this. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These conditions are in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Cookies identify a user when he or she visits our website, and help us to understand a user's preferences & customise our service to his or her needs.

The cookie is then sent back to our website only, and does not contain any personally identifying information.
